Easy Truffle Butter

My easy version. Refrigerate for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month. Serve at room temperature

Ingredient

Food ration :

Makes 1 pound Truffle Butter.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small mixing bowl, combine the butter and truffle oil together. Season with salt to taste.

* Step 2

On a large piece of plastic wrap, spoon the butter/truffle mixture and form into a log, about 1-inch thick. Wrap the log tightly. Or you can roll into little individual balls. Freeze for about 30 minutes prior to use.
