Cheesy Chicken Potato Cake GF

Combining a couple of recipes found on YouTube shorts worked out rather well. Tasty, fairly easy prep, and the toddler will eat it, so all around good recipe.

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix ground chicken, shredded potatoes, eggs, salt and pepper in a bowl until mixed well.

* Step 2

Lay into a nonstick skillet with a bit of oil and flatten into an even layer. Fry for 12-15 min.

* Step 3

Flip, smash back down, and fry other side 10-12 min.

* Step 4

Meanwhile, mix cheese, dill, parsley, and mayo. Spread on top of chicken mixture, cover, and cook 10-15 more min on low heat.

* Step 5

Cut into wedges and serve. It went well with a side of green beans.
