Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bring a large pot of water to the boil then add a tablespoon of salt. Cook the spaghetti, until al dente.
* Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and saute, until softened. Add the pancetta, until crisp. Add the tomatoes and cook for 3 minutes, until just softened. Season with salt and pepper. Add spaghetti and toss to combine.
* Step 3
Serve warmly topped with pecorino cheese. Share and enjoy!
