Halibut with creamy sauce

Ingredient

mayonnaise

2 tablespoons

lemon juice

1/4 teaspoon

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat broiler

* Step 2

Mix together all of the ingredients

* Step 3

Line a 10 x 15 inch baking pan with parchment paper or foil and spray with cooking spray. Arrange fish in a single layer on the pan

* Step 4

Broil the fish until it flakes easily with a fork, about 6-8 minutes

* Step 5

Spread the mixture on the fish and continue broiling until topping is bubbly and lightly browned, about 2 minutes

* Step 6

Garnish with additional green onion and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges
