Keema and Ampalaya | Bitter Melon Gourd

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Keema: sauté ground or minced beef with onions then stew in chopped tomatoes. Season with spices as desired.
* Step 2
In a new pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and 1 large tomato.
* Step 3
Add water, bring to a simmer.
* Step 4
Add sliced ampalaya. Cover until bright green.
* Step 5
Add your prepared Keema. Sauté until mixed well.
* Step 6
Season to taste. It’s ready when the tomatoes have melted into the sauce.
* Step 7
Serve as side dish or with steamed rice.
