Ingredient
Food ration :

Cooking time :

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Stir fry the pechay with garlic (and onions if desired), S&P, and drizzle sesame oil on it then set aside. Recipe found here: https://cookpad.com/us/recipes/13163798-quick-sesame-pechay-stir-fry?invite_token=6Tx13AcHGh5746TmVdhJEbXC&shared_at=1604840926
* Step 2
For 1/2 a cup of finely ground Bulgur (the kind used for Tabbouleh), use (less than, like 7/8ths) a cup of boiling water or water mixed with stock cube, if desired.
* Step 3
Combine in a bowl or container with salt and cover 10 mins or until all liquid is absorbed. No need to cook on the stove, the boiling water will cook it. Fluff with a fork.
* Step 4
Once the bulgur is ready, mix it with the stir-fried pechay. Serve as a side with your protein.
