Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan,put butter and oil then add the whole garam masala and cumin seeds when it starts crackle
* Step 2
Add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste sauté it then add turmeric powder
* Step 3
Now add all the dry spices, mix it
* Step 4
Now add curd, cashew nut paste cooked it, once done cool it down then blend it then strain the mixture
* Step 5
Now add this mixture to the blanched cauliflower and put the green chutney at the bottom of the steam now bake it at a preheated oven until golden brown, then serve this with makhani gravy..
