Campfire Salad

I wanted to call this a fire salad but didn't want people to think it's spicy. I am not a big fan of lettuce so this is one version of my famous "semi salad" as it has come to be known. It got its name because it is full of red orange and yellow.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice peppers into strips and cut in half

* Step 2

Slice radishes into "coins"

* Step 3

Cut baby carrots into thirds and keep tomatoes whole

* Step 4

Put all of the ingredients into a bowl and toss.

* Step 5

To keep with the fire theme top with bacon bits because well..... everything is better with bacon

* Step 6

You can also top with your favorite dressing and/ or croutons
