Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take egg,sugar and milk into a bowl.
* Step 2
Now blend all 3 into a mixer till well combined. Now heat a pan with ghee,then add in semolina and roast till fragrant.
* Step 3
Now add cardamom,milk,yellow colour and saffron. Mix well and cook till semolina absorbs all the milk.
* Step 4
Now add the blended egg mixture and keep stirring, while mixing add vanilla sugar and keep stirring till it absorbs all moisture and form into light fluffy HALWA.
* Step 5
Now remove into 6 servings bowls,decorate with DRYFRUITS, coconut powder and lastly golden leaf to give a SUNERI (golden) touch.Happy new year
