I love chicken and, I like chicken in my salads.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the Olive oil to a cast iron skillet then heat , then add the onions and garlic, just cook until you can smell the garlic take out and sit to the side.
* Step 2
Clean and season the chicken then, cook until juices run clear, let rest and slice for salads, or eat whole.
