My significant other of 14years loves strawberry short cake , when Kfc doesn't have it she gets really upset, so I make it and she's happy.
Ingredient

1 lb
cake
1/2 lb
of strawberries
1/2 cup
of confectioners sugar
1/4 cup
of strawberry preserves
1 pints
of cool whip
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Slice pound cake in 3 slices, slice strawberries in half, then mix preserves, sugar, and strawberries set aside.
* Step 2
Spread cool whip on bottom of cake, then strawberry mixture then, repeat on second slice; put top slice on
* Step 3
The top will be round, slice to make flat then,repeat put cake in freezer to set you can serve with ice cream too.
