Blueberry Coffee Cake

Blueberry coffee cake... Just made this this morning...came out great. Not real sweet, but made with healthy ingredients. Good for when you want that "carb" but not too much CARB 😁 I used 100 % whole wheat flour-thats why it is dark color.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cream together butter and sweeteners

* Step 2

Add eggs, vanilla, mashed banana and milk. Mix well

* Step 3

Sift together flour and baking powder add it to liquid ingredients with the oats.

* Step 4

Once mixed together, fold in the blueberries.

* Step 5

Pour batter into greased round cake pan.

* Step 6

Sprinkle about 1/2 cup oats across the top of the batter. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup melted butter and drizzle about 1/2 cup of honey or maple syrup all over the top of the oats.

* Step 7

Place in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Check the middle for doneness by pricking the center with a toothpick or knife until it comes out clean and no batter attached.
