Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take pressure cooker heat up oil crackle cummin seeds add kadi leaves and graded ginger to it now add gram flour stir it continuesily until the gram flour cook properly or it give a nice aroma now add 1 litre of water.
* Step 2
Now add salt,red chilli powder, turmeric powder and all vegetables except lady finger.cook till 1 whistle.
* Step 3
Meanwhile soak tarmind for 15 minutes in water.strain the water from. tarmind.
* Step 4
When whistle completed then open the lid of pressure cooker add lady finger and tarmind water to it and boil for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Sindhi kadi is ready.Serve kadi with rice it gives amazing taste
