Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly take a pan heat oil and splutter mustard seeds,urad dal,cummin,few curry leaves and 10 cashews.saute until the cashew turn golden brown.
* Step 2
Now add ginger and onion,saute well
* Step 3
Furthermore add carrot,beans,capsicum turmeric and salt
* Step 4
Add, water cover and simmer for 5 minutes
* Step 5
Now add water get it to boil.add oats and mix well.now cover and simmer for 5 minutes until oats gets cooked well.
* Step 6
Finally enjoy vegetable oats upma as a healthy breakfast garnish with cheese or coconut
