Guilt Free Fudge Brownies

Guilt Free Fudge Brownies

These brownies are made using ground oatmeal which increases fiber which makes them guilt-free!

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/4 C

butter

dash

salt

1/4 C

flour

1 tsp

vanilla

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease 8" pan, preheat oven to 350

* Step 2

In food processor, pulse about a cup of oatmeal until fine, you want 1/4 cup, set aside

* Step 3

Melt butter over medium heat, remove from heat and stir in cocoa, then stir in sugar.

* Step 4

Add eggs, combine well, add vanilla and salt, combine

* Step 5

Add oatmeal flour and AP flour, stir well. The batter may look grainy but that will disappear!

* Step 6

Bake for 30 minutes, until clean toothpick -if not done in 30 minutes, keep baking but check every 3 minutes, don't overbake

* Step 7

Now you have to wait for them to cool before devouring! These freeze well too, so make 2 batches LoL
