Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take oil in a pan add chopped onion, chopped cabbage, curry leaves, green chillies, chopped green and red bell peppers keep on mixing on high flame..add 1 small chopped tomato, add spring onion. Keep on mixing it..add soya sauce,red chilli sauce and salt..
* Step 2
Now in a bowl add eggs, red chilli.powder, salt and soya sauce
Whisk it well..take oil to the pan and cook the egg by crumbling, add this crumbled egg into the veggie mixture mix well.Boil the Hakka noodles and add the noodles to the mixture..and mix it well. Garnish with some freshly chopped spring onions ready to serve.
