Low Carb (Keto-Friendly) Cream Cheese Brownie

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat to 350°F

* Step 2

Line with parchment paper the bottom and sides of a 8x8-inch baking pan.

* Step 3

Add cream cheese and sweetener to a bowl and cream using an electric mixer until creamy and smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract until fully combined.

* Step 4

Brownie part Add heatproof bowl melt the butter with the sweetener in the microwave, the cocoa powder and salt whisking constantly and add one egg at a time, whisking well. The texture should appear smooth like a cake. (Olive Oil can be use to substitute butter without heated)

* Step 5

Pour 2/3 of the mixture into prepared pan, followed by the cheesecake layer. Add the remaining brownie batter in 4 dollops and swirl the two batters together using a knife.

* Step 6

Bake for 15-25 minutes. Until the center is just set and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
