Hummus and lavash
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take chickpeas add tahini sauce,garlic cloves,salt,lemon juice and olive oil, add little water and grind it to smooth paste
* Step 2
Now take wheat flour,add baking soda,salt, oil and water form a dough..rest for 15 mins..
* Step 3
Now roll in form of chapati, cut from middle and make pieces..
* Step 4
Now with the help of a fork make wholes in cut shapes..sprinkle kalonji / nigella seeds..and keep in oven pn 180 degree to 10 mins..till it's crispy
* Step 5
Take a serving plate add hummus,top with black olives, sprinkle some paprika powder garnish with fresh chopped parsley and olive oil..it's ready..
