Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan..saute cashewnuts,sesame seeds,mustard seeds,cinnamon stick,laung,tej patta,kashmiri dried red chillies,big elaichi and black peppercorns..let it be cool than grind into fine paste by adding little water..
* Step 2
Take tomatoes boil them remove the skin and make a paste of it..keep aside
* Step 3
Now take a cooker add oil, add onion to it..let the onion be brown in colour add mutton pieces saute till it changes it colour than add ginger garlic paste and keep on mixing well..
* Step 4
Now add tomato paste mix it..than add salt,redchilli powder and turmeric powder mix it and add water and close the cooker..for 2 to 3 whistle..
* Step 5
Now add the cashewnut paste to it..mix well..till it absorbs the water and garnish with coriander leaves...it's ready🥰
