Chicken seekh korma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boneless chicken add ginger garlic paste,salt,redchilli flakes,onion, roasted bengal gram,coriander leaves,green chilli and pudina.Grind it into paste.
* Step 2
Now add curd to it,so that the seekh will become soft.Mix well.Take a charcoal add some oil to it and cover the lid for 20 mins.
* Step 3
Now made in the shape of seekh and shallow fry all the seekhs and keep aside.
* Step 4
Now take yoghurt add tomato puree,add the masalas and fried onion and give it a good mix.
* Step 5
Take a vessel add some oil to it.Now add tej patta,laung,cinnamon cloves,whole black pepper saute for a while and add ginger garlic paste,cook on very slow flame.Now add the yoghurt mixture to it and cook till all the masalas,tomato puree is cooked well.
* Step 6
Now add the fried seekhs to it.Cover the lid and cook for a while till the gravy thickens.Garnish with coriander and serve.
