Stouffer's copycat Mac and cheese in instapot
This is a smaller portion but you can add more or less of everything depending on how much Mac you want! I just kind of threw this together and was really good! Had to share 😊❤️
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put Noodles in pressure cooker and fill with water about half way
* Step 2
Pressure cook on high for 9 mins with steamer valve closed. I use risotto setting.
* Step 3
When timer goes off release valve to let steam out. Let sit for 5 mins then drain.
* Step 4
Put noodles back in pot with warm setting. Add the butter and milk. Stir.
* Step 5
Slowly add about a handful of each cheese, folding noodles and stiring slowly
* Step 6
Add about a dash of each Spice. You will need to taste as you go. You may need more or less of an ingredient. Just taste as you go. Sauce will thicken as it sits
