Caprese salad

One my mom’s favorite, easy to make, beautiful refreshing summer dish

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 salad per person

Cooking time :

10-15 min

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut you tomato to 1/4 inch slices, the same with the mozzarella

* Step 2

Layer the tomato and cheese over one another in an overlapping style

* Step 3

Garnish with the basil, drizzle with olive oil then sprinkle with salt and pepper
