Apple Muffin
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place muffin liners in a muffin tin.
* Step 2
In a large bowl, add all the dry ingredients. Stir to combine.
* Step 3
In another bowl, add all the wet ingredients. Whisk to combine.
* Step 4
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, batter should be lumpy and heavy. Do not over mix.
* Step 5
Fill the muffin liners 3/4 of the way up.
* Step 6
Bake for 10 - 12 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
