Mince all ingredients to very small mince.

Put in jar

* Step 3

Salt pepper to taste.

* Step 4

Cover mix with olive oil and 2 tbsp of vinegar

* Step 5

Leave on counter at least 24 hours for flavors to mix

* Step 6

Lasts about 3 months in fridge.
