Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, combine the dough by takingΒ  wheat flour, oil, grated pumpkin, chopped onion, cilantro leaves, salt, green chili,ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, mango powder, and garam masala.Mix all together and knead

* Step 2

Divide the dough into 2 equal portions, make a ball, and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter

* Step 3

On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear

* Step 4

Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown

* Step 5

BrushΒ oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly

* Step 6

Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha

* Step 7

Finally, serve hotΒ aloo parathaΒ with butter,Β sauce,Β yogurt, orΒ pickle.
