* Step 1
Soak the chickpeas overnight and pressure cook them until boiled.
* Step 2
In a pan fry the onions, green chilis and tomatoes. Add in the ginger/garlic paste and chhole powder, red chili, aamchur powder and stir well adding some water in between. Add in the boiled chickpeas mix with the gravy. Garnish with lime juice, cilantro and cucumber pieces. Serve with hot parathas.
