Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Marinate the beef with seekh kabab masala and ginger garlic paste and make shape
* Step 2
In a pan heat oil 2 tbsp add kabab fry from both sides
* Step 3
Place tomatoes on top of the kabab, add salt, black pepper & flakes and cover the lid for 10 minutes on medium flamea so tomatoes becomes soft
* Step 4
Remove the lid and chop chop tomatoes slowly and add green chillies
* Step 5
Now cook for 5 minutes on high flames until all the water dries, garnish with fresh coriander. And serve
