Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel and cut the potatoes

* Step 2

Chopped the tomatoes

* Step 3

In a wok heat oil add curry leaves and zeera

* Step 4

Saute for few minutes add potatoes cubes and stir fry wel

* Step 5

Cook potatoes for 5 minutes

* Step 6

Add tomatoes and all spices

* Step 7

Stir well and add 1/2 water and covet the lid

* Step 8

Cook well and bonufy the tomatoes

* Step 9

Garinsh with fresh Coriander
