Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend the tomatoes and keep a side

* Step 2

Add blended tomatoes and all spices and bonufy well till oil seperates

* Step 3

Add potatoes and add 1/2 cup water

* Step 4

When potatoes are half cook and green beans or water if required

* Step 5

Cook the sabzi well

* Step 6

Add coriander and green chillies and serve with roti or chapati
