Garlic Naan

Ingredient

2 cups

Flour

1 tsp

Yeast

1 tbsp

Ghee

1/2 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Knead the dough with all ingredients and rest for 3 hours in a warm place.

* Step 2

Make small balls with the dough and covet and again give rest of 30 mins

* Step 3

Now take a ball make roti grease with ghee and sprinkle few chunks of garlic and chopped coriander and press little

* Step 4

Cook from the both side well.

* Step 5

Naan is ready to serve
