Christmas Wreath Cookies [Chocolate Spritz]
Chocolate wreath cookies, topped with various toasted nuts: walnuts, pistachios, almonds, and hazelnuts. Easy fun cookies to make 🎄🍪
Cooking instructions
* Step 1

Beat the softened butter and sugar until well combined.
* Step 3
Add the egg white in 2 additions. Mix after every addition just until combined.
* Step 4
Sieve in the flour and cocoa powder. Add salt and mix until everything comes together.
* Step 5
Transfer into a piping bag that has been equipped with a medium star tip (I used tip no.826).
* Step 6
Onto a baking tray that has been lined with parchment paper, pipe a circle for each cookie. My circles were 5 cm in diameter and I got 15 cookies.
* Step 7
Top each cookie with the various toasted nuts. Brush some egg white to attach the nuts onto the cookie. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F (160°C) for 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack.
