Kimchi Chicken

Fermented food, such as kimchi, is known to promote healthy gut and aids in digestion especially for those who are on keto/low carb diet. Hence, this kimchi chicken recipe does just that and it is tasty and easy to make in the air fryer!

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
2 Tablespoon

grated ginger

1 teaspoon

soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon

corn starch

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the the chicken slices with corn starch, kimchi sauce, grated ginger, and soy sauce. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

* Step 2

In a lightly greased cake pan, air fry the chicken at 380F (190C) for about 10-12 minutes until the meat is cooked through. When done, add in chopped kimchi and stir. Air fry at 380F (190C) for 2 more minutes.

* Step 3

Garnish with green onion to serve.
