Taro Rousong Sandwich

Sweetened mashed taro with with salty rousong (pork floss) together in a sandwich? Of course! This sweet and savory combo is unique yet very tasty, too!

butter softened

2 1/2 Tablespoon

sugar

1 Tablespoon

butter melted

1/3 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add sugar to taro and mash with a fork. Add in butter and milk until all ingredients are well combined.

* Step 2

Spread softened butter to one or both sides of the bread and air fry at 400F (200C) for about 4-6 minutes, flip once in the middle, until surface is golden brown.
