Sab sy pehlay jo maway hain unn ko mota mota pees lain ya graind kar ke alag rakh lain.phir pateeli main desi ghee dal ke garam karain.

* Step 2

Phir iss main soji dal ke bhonai.. halki aanch par bhonna hai.

* Step 3

Bhontay howay chamach chalati rahain.

* Step 4

Jab soji golden colour ho jaye to uss main graind kiye howay meway dal ke thora bhon lain.
