Cooking instructions

* Step 1

10,tbsp Baisan nikalne ke baad baki jo baisan han usko aik bowl me chaan lai pakoro ka mixture banane ke lye pher usme 4 medium size ke pyaaz slice kar ke daal de,r sath he baki masle bhe dal de:laal mirchi powder,haldi powder,sokha dhaniya mota kutta hua, Ajwain, zeera,Namak hasb-e-zaiqa,Soda,hara dhaniya, hari mirchi, r podina daal kar mix karein r pani daal kar pakoro ka better bana lai r 1/2 ghante ke lye rest kai lye chor de mixture ko.

Adhe ghante ka rest dene ke baad karhai me oil garam karein r pakore bana lain.

Jab karri thore ghari hojai toh usme pakore daal dain or sath he 2,tbsp hara dhaniya or 1/2 tsp sokhe methi dal ke 15 min tak pakayin ke pakore naram bhe hojai r karri ghari bhe hojai

Jab karri ghari hojai toh aik pan me 4,tbsp oil garam karein bhagar lagane ke lye jab oil garam hojai toh usme zeera,gol laal mirchi,karri patha daal kar fry karein jab ache tarha sare cheese fry hojai toh bhagaar tayar hai karri par daal de...karri tiyar hara dhaniya dal ke chawelon ke sath ya tandoiri roti ke sath sarv karain.😋😋😋
