Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chicken mince wash and keep in strainer and press hands drop water and keep aside
* Step 2
Cabbage capsicum onion green chili chopped in food processor and strain in water properly and throw water
* Step 3
Take food processor and add mince veggies ginger garlic
* Step 4
All spices lemon juice grind well
* Step 5
Now transfer into bowl add bread crumbs mix well
* Step 6
Now make kabab shape and cook shallow fry heated oil
* Step 7
Arrange kababs serving plate with garnish onion tomatoes cucumber and lemon slices coriander leaves
* Step 8
Take a mixer jar add coriander mint leaves green chili cumin seeds salt curd grind well and transfer into serving bowl
* Step 9
