Custard Mango caramel pudding

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add sugar cook and add lemon juice and flame off this caramel pour into bowl and keep aside
* Step 2
Now take a bowl add custard powder and 1 cup milk and add 3-4 tbs sugar mix and cook well and keep aside
* Step 3
Mango pieces and 1 cup milk and 3-4 tbs sugar add mixer jar and blend
* Step 4
Now add custard mixture and blend well and strain
* Step 5
Now cook 3-4 minutes and flame off
* Step 6
After cool transfer caramel bowls and keep in refrigerator for 2hours
* Step 7
Garnish mango pieces cherries and mint leaves
* Step 8
Again keep in refrigerator for 2hours
* Step 9
Ready to serve enjoy cooled mango caramel pudding
