* Step 1
Pumpkin cut pieces keep aside chana dal sock for 1hour
* Step 2
Potato boil and mash keep aside- Take a pan add pumpkin chanadal garlic ginger green chili salt and boil then to tender chanadal

Boil properly and after cool grind fine mixture
* Step 4
Now take a bowl add mash potato dal mixture mix and add spices mix add onion green chili coriander leaves and lemon juice mix add besan and cornflour mix well
* Step 5
Now add bread crumbs mix well and keep in refrigerator for 30minutes
* Step 6
Now make kabab shape keep aside- grind poha keep aside
* Step 7
Now coating this grind poha and shallow fry heated oil
* Step 8
Now arrange serving plate and tomato sauce
* Step 10
