Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add mesh potato add cornflour salt and red chili pawder tarmaric pawder mix well and make fine cutlets pattice and take a pan add oil heat and fry lightly both a said and keep aside

Make mint chattny keep aside/ take a pan add tamarind and jaggery and some water cook well and strain well and keep aside
* Step 3
Take a bowl add salt red chili pawder chat masala garammasala cumin pawder mix well and keep aside
* Step 4
Take a pan add wattana sockd salt tarmaric pawder and cook well then to tender wattana
* Step 5
Take a plate arrange pattice and ragra sprinkle tamarind chattny mint chattny onion and coriander leaves mix masala papry
* Step 8
