Cooking instructions

Take a pan add oil heat add cumin seeds black pepper clov ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom bayleaf stir add onion stir fry lightly golden brown add tomatoes ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook and add salt red chili pawder coriander pawder tarmaric pawder stir fry to cook and add curd stir fry to cook add fenugreek leaves garammasala stir fry to cook and add coriander leaves mint leaves green chili stir fry add chicken tikka stir cook well and flame off
* Step 4
Boil rice and lyar rice and chicken tikka masala chicken and brown onion coriander leaves mint leaves and smoke burn kol
* Step 5
Now keep in slow flame for 10minutes minutes
* Step 6
Now transfer into serving plate and garnish coriander mint leaves
* Step 7
Ready to serve with onion raita
