Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add chicpec add salt and boil well tender chicpec and keep aside/take a pan add water and tea cook for 5minutes
* Step 2
Take a pan add red chilies coriander seeds ciniman stick black cardamom green cardamom clove green cardamom aanardana cumin seeds paper corn clove fenugreek leaves dry roast lightly and grind make pawder and mix salt and red chili pawder keep aside
* Step 3
Take a pan add bayleaf green chili cumin seeds stir add onion past stir fry to cook add ginger garlic paste stir fry to cook well add tomato paste stir fry to cook
* Step 4
Now add 2-3 tbs grind pawder and boil chicpea and add tea water stir cook well
* Step 5
Now add coriander leaves tamarind water cook/ take a pan add ghee add cumin seeds green chili stir add grind masala 1 tsp garammasala stir fry add add chickpea stir cook 2minutes and flame off
* Step 6
Take a bowl add flour salt oil curd make fine dough and keep aside for 1hour
* Step 7
Make small balls and roll poory Take a pan add oil heat and fry poory
* Step 8
Transfer into serving plate poory and Transfer into serving bowl add chickpea and garnish onions and chili
* Step 9
Ready to serve with onion and pickle
