Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take both dals wash and sock for 4-5 hours / take a mixer jar add dals salt and ginger garlic green chili paste grind well and mix well soda and keep aside for 2 hours / take a pan add oil add fry bary and dip in water and press to hand and keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add tamarind and jaggery and some water and keep for cook and then to thick fom and drain well and keep aside tamarind and jaggery chattny / take a pan add cumin seeds coriander seeds red chili dry roast and grind well powder and add salt red chili powder chat masala garam masala mix well and keep aside
* Step 3
Take a serving plate and arrange bary and spread curd and tamarind chattny and sprinkle grind masala and sprinkle coriander leaves
* Step 5
