Low-fat pancakes with cream cheese, blueberries & hazelnuts

Cream cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put flour, egg, baking powder and milk in a mixer and mix until a smooth and not too liquid batter

* Step 2

In a pan, heat 1 tsp olive oil and pour in your mixture to make your pancakes

* Step 3

Put the cream cheese on top of the pancakes, wash the blueberries (or any other fruit you want) and add them too, as well as the hazelnuts. Pour maple syrup on top.

* Step 4
