Shahi paneer chaman/ simple and easy delicious creamy dish
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Merenate paneer 1 pinch salt red chili tarmaric powder mix well and take a pan add 1tbsp oil and lightly fry paneer cubes and keep aside/ take a pan add oil add cumin seeds stir and add onion paste and stir fry well add ginger garlic paste stir fry well and salt and white pepper stir add curd stir cook well add almonds paste and add milk cook until smooth batter gravy
* Step 2
Now add coriander and mint past stir fry well add green chili paste and stir fry to cook and add fenugreek leaves stir add add butter and cream and stir add coriander leaves and add paneer cubes and stir cook well and some water and keep in slow Flame for 10minutes
* Step 3
Ready to serve with garnish coriander leaves and fenugreek leaves and cream serve with paratha
* Step 4
