Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Bitter gourd clean and wash and boil salted water and keep aside _/ take a pan add oil add cumin seeds fenugreek seeds fenural mustard seeds kalonji and green chili stir fry and add onion stir fry well add tomatoes ginger garlic paste salt red chili powder coriander powder turmeric powder and stir fry well add tamarind jaggery chattny and coriander leaves stir cook well together and staffing is ready
* Step 2
Take bitter gourd and staffing this masala and fry heated oil and then to brown colour and fry green chili
* Step 3
