Chicken chili
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Merenate chicken 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and 1 tsp salt and black pepper egg cornflar and flour and 1tsp soya sauce 1 tsp chili sauce and 1 tbsp vinegar and mix well and keep in freeze for 1hour
* Step 2
Take a pan add oil and add capsicum flacs and onion flakes stir fry 2 minutes and remove in oil keep aside / and fry chicken cubes in this oil and keep aside/ same pan in hot oil add green chili and garlic stir fry and add leftover sauce to merenate chicken and add ginger garlic paste stir cook add chili sauce and vinegar and soya sauce salt and pepper stir add cornflar mix water cook until smooth and add fry chicken cubes stir cook add capsicum and onion stir cook well until smooth gravy
* Step 3
