Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add oil add cumin seeds and onion fry and add Mutton mince stir fry and add tomatoes,ginger garlic paste green chilli,salt red chilli powder and coriander powder turmeric powder stir fry well and add some water cook for 15 minutes add water and add coriander leaves garam masala chat masala lemon juice mix well and keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a bowl add flour salt baking powder oil and curd mix well, add some water make the dough and keep aside for 1 hour and make small 8 dough.
* Step 3
Beat eggs and add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, mix well and keep aside.
* Step 4
Take a dough and rolling add stuffing mince and add beaten eggs and fold them shallow fry and ready to serve with chutney or tomato sauce.
