Masala dosa with potato and coconut chattny
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl add rice and dals and fenugreek seeds wash and sock it in over night next morning grind in mixer jar add poha grind well and keep in hot place for 5 hours take in jar add coriander leaves green chilli coconut garlic salt grind well and keep aside
* Step 2
Take a pan add 2tbs oil and add mustard seeds cumin seeds curry leaves and add onion fry add green chilli salt tomatoes and stir fry add boil potato and cook well until smooth and add coriander leaves keep aside
* Step 3
Take a pan add 2 drops oil and 1tsp water and clean napkin take batter add salt and1 pinch backing soda and some water and mix well with spoon and 2 spoon this batter spread in pan and sprinkle oil and butter and keep in dosa potato mixture and fold dosa is ready to serve with coconut chattny
