Cooking instructions
* Step 1

* Step 2
Take pan put mustard oil heat it well add green chili, green garlic,green onion white part,cumin seeds add 4tablespoon ghee then add the saag.
* Step 3
For maakie ki roti.one cup maakie atta half cup wheat atta little warn water and mix well till the dough is soft.then make small dough and make roti.then cook it on a pan. Put some desi ghee on the roti.
