Keto Hamburger Casserole w/Cheddar

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix Ground Beef with Dry seasonings, Can of Diced Tomatoes w/Grn Chilis, Worcestershire Sauce, and Ketchup all in a large bowl then add to a preheated pan of oil to brown. (Cook approximately 10min. With stirring or flipping periodically throughout duration)
* Step 3
In a bowl, add 2 eggs, Sour Cream, pinch salt, and optionally add milk or water to thin to desired consistency. Whisk together very well, to blend smooth.
* Step 4
If using a block of cheese, grate 8oz with cheese grater
* Step 5
Add Beef mixture to preheated pot/pan. Top with drained cans of green beans, then top with egg/cream mixture.
* Step 6
Sprinkle to coat with shredded cheddar cheese and bake entirety at 360°F til cheese is golden browned to desired doneness
* Step 7
Serve and enjoy! Yum. Garnish with salt and pepper if desired
